Make call via CallGuide Agent Unifinder

In Unifinder you can make calls in various ways:

A flash symbol indicates that the selected person is not available but you can try to call through anyway.

When you during a call in progress make a second call the first call is automatically parked.

In CallGuide Agent’s main window you see by the buttons which functions you then can choose between.

Alternate /, Transfer +, Retrieve,, Conference...

Just click on the relevant button or, if you are an operator, press the corresponding key on your keyboard.
